An Appletini is typically made with vodka as a base and Sour Apple Pucker or Schnapps is added for color and flavor. The drink is made in an ice-filled mixing glass then strained into a stemmed cocktail glass ('Martini' glass).

I've also heard of this drink being topped off with apple juice.

Apple Vodka/Regular Vodka/Bacardi Big Apple
Sour apple pucker
Splash sweet and sour
Splash sprite

I use equal parts Apple Pucker and Vodka--splash sweet and sour. Shake well with ice, strain and pour into chilled martini glass.
By adding a splash of Butterscotch Schnapps you get a Carmel Apple. Butterscotch syrup can be put in the glass in a decorative manner ot rim the glass.

pour apple pucker and vodka over ice for three count. Strain and serve in Martini glass
