Underage....HELP!?
okay, so i got an underage may third and its my first one.
i have a court date tomorrow, and i'm wondering if you think they will suspend my licnese? considering i don't turn 16 until the 18th of this month, and my drivers test is on may thrid.. what do you think will happen?

They prob will unless you have a good lawyer. I am a lic. insurance agent and see this happen once in a while. They can even suspent a lic before you get one....like if you had got caught before you had your learners....these things stay on your record for at least 5 yrs so learn from this and be careful because at your age you are going to be paying some mighty high prices for insurance if you don't lose your lic.

I think you will get the punishment you deserve. Underage drinking is illegal.
