How to make the mixed drink called Blue Hawaian?

My spelling may be off. I had this drink at a bar and fell in love with it. It packs a punch. I want to know how to make it here at home. It is blue like the ocean. Blue Hawaiian is the name of it. I want the recipe on how to make it?

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1/4 oz. Creme de Coconut
3 - 4 oz. Pineapple Juice

On the Rocks - Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain into a collins or small hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.

Blended - Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer. Mix well (15 - 20 sec). Pour into collins or small hurricane glass.

Blue Hawaiian
This cocktail was probably inspired by the 1961 film Blue Hawaii starring Elvis Presley.

1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
3 oz Pina Colada Mix (Or 1 part Crème de Coconut and 2 parts Pineapple Juice)
1 Cup Ice

Combine ingredients in a blender or mix well and enjoy on the rocks. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple. Don’t forget the paper umbrella!

1 ounce light rum, 1 ounce blue curacao, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce cream of coconut mix these with 1 cup of ice in a blender, pour into a highball glass and garnish with a cherry and quarter slice of pineapple.
