Answers: What is the real difference between Smirnoff and Smirnoff Ice?

um smirnoff is a hard alcohol...usually at least 80 proof..smirnoff ice is more like a beer. about 5.6% alcohol. smirnoff ice tastes better but you have to drink alot more to get drunk.

I think Smirnoff ice is a frufy premixed wine cooler sort of thing.
Smirnoff is straight vodka in a bottle.

Vodka and a wine cooler-Vodka is 80 proof. the cooler is .5 alcohol and sugary

"Smirnoff" is the brand name of the vodka. "Smirnoff ice" is a premixed drink that contains smirnoff vodka, they are available in black or red. The black contains a little more alcohol.
