What are some good alcohlic ciders?!

Actually... Wood Chuck is considered one of the best widely available ciders. Here are some links that may help you... They have reviews by posters and general information about the cider.

I try not to get to hung up on the percentile, but it is generally a good indicator... But always decide for yourself what you like... Unless is is Coors. Nobody should like Coors.

K It is the best one out there and 6.9 by volume. It goes down very smooth. I can go through a six pack without even realizing it!! Great Taste!

Magners Cider made by Guinness that a good Cider...

Not knowing where in the world you hail from reduces the makes of Cider available.
If you hail from the UK a draught cider made by Sam Smiths of Tadcaster is a very good Cider.....smooth....not too sweet ....poured into an iced barrel glass ..........about 6.4 proof

K Cider is very good. Also Strongbow is good. Hornsby's is okay, but widely available. They make a pear cider, which may be what you had.

Bullmers, Bullmers light, Strongbow, koperberg which comes in peach, pear, apple, and mixed berry flavour, Kiss which comes in apple, pear and mixed berry flavour, Druids which comes in...alot of flavours, Linden village, and Scrumpy jack's
