I bought a wine cabinet that I"m going to use as a liquor cabinet?!

Question:

I bought a wine cabinet that I"m going to use as a liquor cabinet?

It has nine slots and I was thinking of putting in

Captain Morgan Rum
Cruzan banana Rum
Jagermeister
Goldschlager
Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut
Arbormist
Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka
Boons Farm Melon ball
Cruzan Mango Rum

Do you have any suggestions other than these, and would anyone be able to provide prices for just the regular sized bottles for these?

Answers:
What liquor you buy is your own preference. The Jager and Goldschlager go in the freezer (& wouldn't fit in the spaces in a wine rack) and the wines go in the refrigerator.

If you're trying to build some sort of variety in your inventory of liquor, go for unflavored boozes. (like if you have company who may want a drink & not like bananas. Or if you want an inventory you can make the most amount of drinks with) I guess the basics. Vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whisky, bourbon maybe a cognac. You seem to favor the sweeter liquors though.

Again it's your preference what you choose to have in your house, you're the one paying and drinking it. I wouldn't drink any of that, but that's me. I think you posted somewhere else that you just turned 21 or will be soon? I can't recall. So you may not like bourbons or scotches or the like. And a lot of the other boozes suggested in the other answers are kind of pricey. So, choose some sort of variety, but depending on your taste and your budget.

Are you 17?
Yuk!! Unless you planning on only getting several teenagers drunk, scrap the entire list. It contains too many sweet, fruity drinks.
You can stick with one bottle of Captain Morgan, and go with a regular bottle of Bacardi.

Grow up a little and get a decent gin (you need to make martini's) think Bombay Saphire. Also, you need at least two decent Vodkas. Maybe Absolute and Skyy, or Gray Goose. Every liquor cabinet has to have some JD- Jack Daniels. And don't forget the tequila.

Seriously, nobody drinks Jagermeister and Goldschlager. What are you going to mix with them? And Boon's Farm? Do you want to make your friends have nasty hangovers?

If I only had nine spots, I would choose liquors that come in handy for making a variety of drinks. If price is an issue, stick to mid-priced brands.

I suggest:

Sky vodka
Jose Cuervo tequila
Bacardi rum
Beefeater gin
Jack Daniel's whiskey
Peach Schnapps

The other slots, whatever you like.
