What type of licence do i require to run a pub?

You need a personal licence.
You need to go on a short course 1-2 days, pass an exam pay a fee.
The Pub itself also needs a premises license.
A Liqour Licence is what you need for selling alcohoal, but i dont know what other licences you need. But i know you need some.
