Please don't go there. Most alcoholic drinks, as do most beverages, render an odor if you over indulge. Coffee breath is a serious national issue!
I think you want to drink without an authority knowing you have had a drink. But you are forgetting that when you do drink you shouldn't be worried about who knows...unless you are under-aged or drinking too much.
Maybe when you need to ask this type of question you might consider that it is a bad idea. Please be careful!

what kind of vodka are you drinking? it may not look alcoholic when it's in a water bottle at school but i see and smell people drunk all the time there
The most common answer to this would be vodka. However, vodka does leave a distinct alcohol smell on your breath. I don't know of any varieties of alcohol that don't.
If you feel the need to hide the fact that you've been drinking, you may want to ask yourself if you should in the first place.
Other than that, strong mints, such as Altoids, may cover or disquise the smell.
