Wetherspoons - excellent value for money?!
Answers: Went to my local Spoons last night and was amazed at their "Monday Club" price for draught Guinness - ￡1.59p a pint! I supped a few of those as you can imagine, and I shall be calling in every Monday from now on.

In some 'Spoons (I think its Wednesday or Thursday) they have a curry night where you can get a cracking curry and a drink for in the region of a fiver!! Well after the latest figures due 2 the 'smoking ban' dude, i'm not surprised at this 'price-cutting' ploy 2 get em' back in there!.......
You get what you pay for mate, and if you think you've struck gold i dare you to try awful substance they dare to serve as food you'll soon change your tune
Cheap prices on the beer but the food isnt great. But as i always say, you get what you pay.
They do provide a good service, as long as you acknowledge the "you get what u pay for" rule.

I've just been to Wetherspoons for my lunch. I ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks and got change from ￡10.00. The food was pretty good. I too shall be going back again.
Not recomended for licensed drivers.
they buy beer close to best before date or use buy date so there for can sell it on cheaper to people like you

yeah i agree my boyfriend and i go every weekend as he works away we love going there for something to eat the only problem is though is the spirits they sound cheap but it is only because it is 25ml measures and in other pubs are 35mls but am no dissin the place i love it moan the spoons lol he he he
Excellent value. Love steak night and a pint on Tuesday.
