Are grapes the only fruit that makes wine?!

Question:

Are grapes the only fruit that makes wine?

Answers:
Another interesting concoction is to make wine out of Honey. To determine how sweet you want it to be depends on the yeast. Champagne yeast and you get the highest alcohol, but dryest flavor. If you drop down and use a lager yeast, very sweet, but lower alcohol. Lightly hopped (optional). years ago, I had some friends that would get that "welfare" honey by the case and didn't know what to do with it. So, now you know too!
