You can smoke it, but I've seen some really bad trips on it. If you are prone to paranoia with other things, I would avoid it. It can cause Extreme paranoia.

The most natual form of using this herb is to make tea with it. Let the leaves or ground up leaves soak in very hot water. After the desired strength is gained, drink for pleasure!
