How do you make "bong vodka" into an actul bong?!

Question: okay so theres this vidka and it comes in this bong shaped glass
they call it bong vodka but there this little thing where your suppose to get out and put in a piece and use it as an actul bong but how do you get that piece out with out breaking out the bottle.
