Most likely a Blue Whale. It has vodka, blue cerisil (spelling is way off but it is usually the only blue colored drink they use) and lemonade or sour mix. 1 oz vodka 1/4 oz blue and fill with lemonade.

Blue after shock?

could be a electric lemonade

I'll second Sport on that. That sounds about right.

most likely a electric lemonade

Blue whale or electrified lemondade

Blue Mango

--------------------------------------...

Ingredients

1 oz. Blue Curacao
8 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Vodka
3 Mango

Directions:
Pour all drinks into a high ball glass, add 3 tablespoons of mango paste

There are a variety of blue drinks that have vodka and sour mix in them. One that comes to mind is a blue motorcycle. It also has rum and gin. It's similar to a Long Island but instead of triple sec it gets blue caracao and instead of pepsi it gets sprite. Rednecks like this drink just as a side note.

Maybe Blue lagoon

could be a blue margarita

If it was blue, it probable contained Blue Curacao which is a sweet, blue, orange-flavored liqueur. Many drinks are made with this combo of ingredients.

Here's a couple I found:

Deep Blue Sea Martini
vodka, blue curacao, sweet and sour, pineapple juice

Blue Bayou
vodka, blue curacao, grapefruit juice, pineapple

Blue Orange Sorbet
vodka, blue curacao, water, sugar, orange zest

Charbay Antifreeze
Charbay Blood Orange Vodka, blue curacao, orange juice
