Amazon. They have one for 6 bucks. Just type "beer hat" into their search engine. If you have them ship it express, you can have it by Wednesday.
Or, you can try "Spencer's Gifts", it they have one in your town. Usually they are found in malls.
Tons on the web "Beer Guzzler hats" but you can try "Party supply" and "joke/gag" shops hobby shops just look in your local white or yellow pages on the web.
In my area, I have seen them at Walmart (last week on clearance, left over I guess from New Years) and Party City.
