Depends on the alcohol tolerance of the person. If they have an empty stomach or a full stomach. Depends on their weight. Bigger people can usually drink more before they start to feel the effects.

it all depends how you mix it..and i think vodka goes better with fruit punch. if you wanna make em right its half and half, so two would probably do it 4 you:)
i dont know i start to feel buzzed around 3 drunk arouond 8 or 9 and fubar at about the end of the bottle.

I agree with Starry eyed you already answered your own question. I would say however on average if they were singles and you had an average woman around 130Ibs and not a regular drinker I would say 10-13 would be suffient to make them drunk. If they drink regularely it could be as high as 15-20. People who become more tolerant to alcohol can drink more before they feel the effects.
