Do you like a wedge of lemon in your drink or water? Did you see the video regarding same?!

Question: I like it in my water and Diet Coke but won't get it again from any place other than my own house. They did tests and found oodles of micro organisms on lots of slices of lemon in something like 21 restaurants, including fecal matter. People just use their hands to clip that little lemon on your drink instead of using tongs or gloves. These are disease causing micro organisms. Yuck. I guess it would be the same if they give you lemon to squeeze on your fish or other seafood???

If you are all worried about a slice of lemon then don't watch anything pertaining to what's in the ice at "some" restaurants.. That will keep you home at night !

Good luck

What makes you think that your lemon handling is cleaner than any one elses? Your lemon can be just as dirty. Lemon has a lot of acidic content which would kill most germs. And no, it's not harmful to squeeze lemon on your fish. Just wash the knife and the skin of the lemon before you consider cutting it. Wash your hands squeeze lemon on the fish.

Yes, I like lemon in my water too. I saw this video and decided I would not order lemon while dining out. However, the gut can usually handle the bacteria that may be present so I'm not obsessing about it either. Lemons are not the only thing that may be contaminated in a restaurant...

pebbles is right...you need to learn about the ice...that is even worse...
