I sterilized my glass carboy a few days ago and just sterilized my equipment today but decided to brew friday?!
Answers: do I have to sterilize all of it again the day I brew my beer or am I alright?
I'd sterilize again to be on the safe side... especially if things were left uncovered.
Remember the first rule of brewing: even the slightest contaminant can ruin an entire b.atch.
In my opinion, I wouldn't take any chances; plus, BTF iodophor is pretty cheap, so no harm, right?
