I have some Ouzo (Greek alcoholic drink) that I brought and opened last November, I have not had any of it since
will it still be ok to drink and how can I tell if it is off it has no date on the bottle

i asked this one but with pernod in mind I was told yes go for it but by the time i got the kitchen i found myself making a cuppa tea shame to waste the kettle,my son has since had my pernod so its the kettle again hummph xxx
It should be fine to drink.
Similar experiances lead me to this conclusion.

yes drink it and enjoy. it just gets better over time as long as it stays out of the air.
alcohol matures with time.....you'll probably enjoy it more the second time round....enjoy.
I haven't had Ouzo in years! Man, those were some good drunk times. Care to share? I'll test it for you to see if it's still good.
It's still fine, even better. Ouzo is so delicious all black licorice tasting and stuff.
Ive had a bottle for 2 years now, and now and again i have a cap. I dont think alchohol and go off, except wine!!!!
