Bartenders-can I get advice re. a shooter?!

Question: I need a recipe for a shooter that meets the following criteria:
*easy to make a few hours beforehand
*easy to mix a large quantity
*mass appeal-it will be served to mostly women
*easy to serve to a large group of people-will probably be poured out of a pitcher as the server walks through the party

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Just about any shooter can be made beforehand and in pitchers, you just have to keep the ratios correct!

How about serving cosmos as shooters? That always works well for me! For every bottle of vodka add 1/3 bottle of triple sec, enough cranberry to dull the sting and just enough of the lime juice to taste.

For a creamy shot (that girls will love but is expensive) why not try a Milky Way shot? (made this up myself!) Equal parts of vodka (for kick), Godiva Chocolate liqeur (this is the expensive part), and Bailey's w/ caramel. Hard to resist if you're a girl.

Kamikazes are also easy to make en-masse. Vodka, triple sec, sweet & sour mix, lime juice. Same ratios as the cosmo, this is a better shot if you're serving guys too since a lot of guys won't drink a pink shot.

Also super popular is the Red Headed Slut, but not all women will drink this. Be warned that it will get you DRUNK quickly. 2 parts Jagermeister, 1 part peach schnapps, 1 part cranberry juice.

Good luck with your party!

Any drink or shooter would be easy to make a few hours before you need to serve it. I would say you can make Cosmo's. They are not really Shooters but they can be made into them. 1 part Vodka (or Citron Vodka) 1/2 part Triple Sec , 1/4 part Lime Juice and 1/4 part Cranberry juice. Just make sure to give it a good shake or a good stir before you serve it if you are making a few hours before hand. Another option would be Sex on The Beach. Vodka,Peach Shnapps, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice.

Watermelon Kamakazi - One bottle vodka - One bottle watermelon pucker - 1/4 bottle sweet and sour - 1/4 bottle triple sec - 1/4 bottle 7 up - stir all over ice and strain you can also use apple pucker for this recipe instead of watermelon

How about Washington Apples?

crown royal
apple puckers
cranberry

equal parts crown and apple..................your amount of cranberry (deoending on how strong a shot you want)

Do Soco and Lime

3/4 Southern Comfort
1/4 Rose's Lime juice.

Do yourself a favor and instead of pitchers get empty liquor bottles and put pourers on them. Mix your cocktails and keep it nice and cold until the party.

Don't serve Cosmopolitans, it's hard to get the mix correct when you make a large quantity, and it's mostly liquor=higher pour cost! Try apple martinis: vodka, apple pucker and sweet & sour. At my bar, I fill empty vodka bottles with the mixture, stick a pour spout in it, and go to town! Make sure after you mix, put it into the fridge for a couple of hours beforehand. Works wonders for my bar.
