Don't do it. If you get caught giving alcohol to a minor, you could face a hefty penalty in front of a judge. Not to mention you will be arrested.

I don't know the "best" way, but when we were in high school, we'd get the girls to ask people walking into the store. We'd also offer to pay him $10. (of course we'd pay fpr the beer too).

Get one of your friends to buy it for you who's over 21. Or one of their older brothers. Or get a fake ID. Funny thing, when I was in high school there was NEVER a problem getting beer.

I'll tell you exactly how to do it! Go into the school bathroom, slam your head against the wall while repeating this phrase..."I am stupid and underage I will not drink!!!!" You can also give yourself a swirly while your at it. You might at least feel like your drunk, but you will live many years longer and not be arrested! I wouldn't get into alcohol if I were you. It's not worth it. Just drink starbucks!!! It's a lot more fun to be on a caffeine high anyways. At least then you won't be so screwed up you'll just be hyper. Just be yourself! Don't Drink!!!!!!!!

I don't agree with highschoolers drinking , but I won't be like everyone else here and give a smartass answer. THe easy way is to go wait outside the liquor store for someone to boot for you. However, you can go to your grocery store and get everything you need to make a decent homeamde wine and get wasted. I used to do this in high school all the time:
Go to the grocery store and buy some Welch's juice (usually in the 1.89 L bottles). It has to say "No preservatives" on the bottle and it msut be 100% juice. I like grape the best, but other juicse work too. Also, get some baking yeast (its in all grocery stores). Fleischmans bread yest for example works well. The last thing you will need is a balloon.
Pour a bit of the juice off the top of the bottle. Mix a few pinches of sugar and about a quarter of the package of yeast with the juice. Poke one or two pin sized holes in the balloon, and fasten around the top of th ebottle. This will keep oxygen out of the bottle. Now, the hard part. Shake everything up, and let it sit for about two weeks. You'll see bubbles form in the juice. This is fermentation (the sugars turning into alcohol). Store the bottle in a dark closet or drawer. The balloon will inflate with air as more bubbles form. When it starts to get inflated, deinflate it to let out the CO2. After about two weeks, ,when ALL the bubbling has stopped, fermentation is over.
Pour the juice (now wine) into another container and leave an inch or so at the bottom to leave the dead yeast and sediment behind. Right now, it's wine, so if you just want to get wasted, drink up. if you can wait a month or so, it'll taste better, and after three months or so it'll be way better.
so, there you have it. Go to your grocery store, pick up a few things, and in two weeks you'll hvae a pretty good tasting, drinkable, get drunkable wine. Have fun, but be responsible, and rememer to clean all your equipment carefully. Cheers.
