INGREDIENTS
6 cups coconut milk
6 cups pineapple juice
3 cups rum
1-1/2 cups white sugar
48 cubes ice

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut cream
pineapple wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with crushed ice.
Stir well.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge
