If your spelling is any indication, I would recommend laying off the booze....that being said, you can't go wrong with Bud light
Amstel Light. Good flavor, only 93 cals per 12 oz. It's expensive, though, if you buy it for home.

miller light has the most flavor of all the light beers as far as a domestic beer goes.... heineken light is really good!!!
Many people like coors, but I am a fan of PBR (pabst blue ribbon) and Bud. I've had Heinekin but you might as well drink the stuff non-light cause it goes down like water either way. If short on money a case of (really cold) Natural Light will always do the trick but the second it gets to about 38-40 degrees I believe there is actually something in it that makes it turn into some kind of urine, the warmer it is the higher percentage of urine :)
