What is the best hangover remedy?!

Question:

What is the best hangover remedy?

Answers:
Ginger ale and crackers
A finger down the throat
Or some coke

Some people say to drink a little shot of liquor, as your body is in chock and withdrawl

Wow, I'd rather not be in your shoes right now. Be brave ;-)

greasy food

When I still did some of my partying during the week, I'd grab a breakfast sandwich at the downstairs deli in the building in which I used to work. It consisted of a toasted bagel, fried egg, cheese and either bacon or sausage (I'm a bacon fan myself), usually had to wrap a napkin around it it was so greasy, but I would have that and a large orange juice and that usually had me feeling somewhat human again.

The best remedy starts the day before you drink.

If people were supposed to get drunk then why to we sober up?

One question deserves another. (lol)

It's called a taste of the hair of the dog that bit you. Just a little bit of the alcohol that you drank last night.

Other remedies
Coffee and a Shower

Cheers.

pepto, mass quantaties of water and vitamins works for me but fades after that rest

Right b4 you go to bed, drink 2 huge glasses of water. Because, when you drink, you get dehydrated......so drinking 2 huge glasses of water hydrates you while you're sleeping. I never get a hangover, when I remember to do this. Try it....

Eat a very big breakfast and take some advil.

Follow these guys advice:

Instructions

STEP 1: To rehydrate your body, drink water like the fish you were the night before.

STEP 2: Eat mild foods, since your stomach right now is quite sensitive. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast or soda crackers (BRAT) are all good options.

STEP 3: Check the label before you take a pain reliever to reduce any hangover-induced aches. Some pain relievers, including acetaminophen, aspirin and naproxen sodium, should not be used when alcohol is still in your system.

STEP 4: Rest to allow your body to recover from your revelry.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT DRINK MORE ALCOHOL OR COFFEE, IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE!

Don't drink so much the night before.

You have to do it before you start drinking: a B-complex vitamin.

Drinking depletes your body's supply of B vitamins which causes the headache, nausea, etc. (or so I've read), so if you take some extra B before your "celebrating," you won't feel the effects of it the next day.

If it's too late...rest and water.

I hang with people that drink a lot. While you drink alcohol also drink at least 10 oz of water ever 30 minutes. This will help your body not loose so much water which is what makes you feel sick.

Next day: I like gatoraide it helps get some minerals back in. Water will make you sick at your stomach but drink it anyway if you can. I tend to feed a hangover. Mac & Cheese always makes me feel better have no idea why.

If its too bad I have to drink two beers and quit.

I worked in a health club that had a bottle of oxygen for emergencies. Whenever we came in early with a hangover we would turn on the oxygen and breath in about 3 to 5 good breaths of oxygen. The hangover was gone in 5 minuets. it worked...
