It's just one day at a time.
It's not always going to be easy, thats not promised.
But it truly does make you a better person every day that you're 'on the right track'.
Please do this for your family, I would have my dad if he had the guts to kick it for our family.
Somedays your head is just in a different place. Take a nap or a walk and try again. Just don't give up.
