Beer Advocates! what is the number one beer of all time?!

Question:

Beer Advocates! what is the number one beer of all time?

Don't cheat and look at a web site with the top 50 beers in the world. Just give me your honest opinion from your past experiences with a great quality beer.

Answers:
Depends on the time of day, time of year, what I am eating....

But some that would make the list are
-Dogfish Head 90minute IPA (If you don't already like IPA's or don't know what an IPA is, leave this beer alone! Save it for the ones who will appreciate it.)
-Arrogant Bastard (see previous comments - you may not be worthy for this beer)
-Allagash White (if you like Hoegaarden, try this, it's better)
-Sierra Nevada Celebration (Seasonal beer, only out around Christmas - makes the cold weather soooo worth it)
-Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (When I want something tasty but not too heavy or strong)

Now I am thirsty!

Being a True American. I would say.. BUDWEISER BEER.. The King of Beers

If I had to pick one it would be Newcastle.

Definitely has to be GUINESS.

I've always been partial to the mico-brewed beer so I'm going with "Samuel Adams". And a real close second is "Red Hook ESB" from Woodinville, Washington State!

Hacker-Pschorr. I probably misspelled it, but it is my favorite beer on tap, or in a bottle. I like German beer, had several great ones, but every time I drink Hacker, I know its my favorite.

FAXE Strong Danish beer
Molson Dry

MOLSON from Canada

Damn that's a tough one going to put down 2 one from the U.S.A.-Sierra Nevada Pale Ale one from Belgium-Hoegaarden

Most of the beers on this list are thumbs up, except........

Budweiser???? only good thing that is for is right after mowing the lawn on a hot day, then shoot it down quick.

But if you haven't tried Samual Smith's Oatmeal Stout, My God Man!! Slightly sweet, moderate body, great head with rings all the way down the glass. Pure ectasy!!

I don't really hold one up as my 'favorite' since there are quite a wide variety of beers - and each has its own unique flavor.

Some of my favorites (in no particular order) are:

Dos Equis
Red Stripe
Corona
Rolling Rock

And anything on tap at a party!!!

For me it is all about Saranac they are a great microbrew from NY.

Guinness....best of all time!

How do you define "best" There are so many different kinds, and can you really compare an ale to a stout?

Anyway, My 2 favs are Pilsner Urquell and Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout.

I'm sure Weinstephaner (sp?) and Guiness are high on that list.
