Where is a good place to PARTY in L.A??
im not quite 21 yet, so where can i go to have a good time with my friends in L.a or San Fernando?? i mean like clubs or bars!! parties! whatever!

If you're over 18, try The Ruby! That's where I go whenever I hang out with friends who are under 21. They've got more of a rock scene going on - totally fun!
There's also DV8, Florentine Gardens...
