Liver cirrhosis is caused by various reasons, alcohol being the top reason. There is no different between alcohol from organic and non-organic drink. If you drink enough alcohol over time, you will kill your liver and cause alcoholic liver cirrhosis. Your liver would not care how the alcohol is made in the first place.
Remember, always drink in moderacy.
