Does your state allow liquor sales on Sundays?!


Question: In Georgia, there are no sales of alcoholic beverages of any kind on Sundays, but the State Senate is trying to change that.

Well, we have homes in several locations and I'm not really sure about all of them. However, if my hubby decided he wanted something, he would find a way to get it. He has never let stup*id political hacks get in his way.

NY says yes!

No liquor store sales. Only bars and restaurants on Sun. No liquor sales on Christmas Day. Some Counties are Dry also.

I live in a Province, and YES!!!

no sales at packaged stores but restaurant bars and casinos can sell liquor. if you go up the highway north of here than no. they still have blue laws

California sales on Sundays..... but we have time restrictions everyday from 1am to 5am.....

Washington says yes

In Maryland the laws vary by county, so it depends. In Montgomery county ( near DC-), no, the liquor stores are county owned and operated, and not open on Sundays or Holidays- but in neighboring counties, they have independent liquor stores that are open...

Pennsylvania does - it just started a few years ago though.

Ohio says YES

yes but only after 12 pm (NC)
