Answers:
Try the Australian wines, Yellow Tail or Lindemans (~$5 per bottle), very good, low price. In California there is a good (not great, not bad) wine for $2 per bottle called Two Buck Chuck. Best cheap wine made if cheap is what looking for.

Le Ecole #21

night train, thunderbird, and mad dog 20/20 are classics.

Mogan David blackberry

Try the Robert Shaw wines from Trader Joes.

carlo rossi rose wine is very good and inexpensive and goes well with any meal it's about $10.00 a gal. and it's also a smooth wine.

I would agree with two of the people above me. Charles Shaw a.k.a. Two Buck Chuck is a good wine for a great price and they do have a variety. Although, Carlo Rossi wine is a great wine for a great price. Same variety as Charles Shaw but the taste is a tousand times better. Cheers!

Pinot Noir is excellent. It ranges in price, but you can get it as cheap as 5 or 6 bucks a bottle.

You can try Mollydooker wines from Australia. They have six wines that retail for $20 a bottle that are worth twice their price compared to other wines of similar quality from California. My favorite is the Boxer Shiraz that sells for $20 and got a score of 95/100 points from noted wine critic Robert Parker. They also sell Cabernets, Merlots and blends for $20.

I like Lambrusco. Also you should try Yellow Tail and my next favorite is Robert Mondavi Merlot!! Yum.

I think the Yellow Tail selection has really good tasting wines, at very reasonable prices. :)

Casal Garcia. It's Portuguese. Getting off the White Zin (everyone's first wine) I think this would be good to try. May be hard to find and it should run about $6-$7. Price isn't everything in wine, so don't be fooled.

Wow, a Missouri wine shopper? That is great. Les Bourgeois winery in Rocheport has a Riverboat White and a Riverboat Red that are both delicious, light and fruity tasting and run about $6.00 per bottle. Stone Hill Winery has Golden Rhine, which is a very light and tasty white wine at about $7.00 per bottle. All three of these varieties are not heavy, dry or too sweet. Also, for fun Australian wines offer lots of great variety at a reasonable price, usually from about $6 - 10.00 per bottle. Have fun!

Bola (white) it has a sweet but smooth taste, and if you wanna impress someone try "Ice" expensive but ooh so good! 1/2 a glass and you sip it. and i mean SIP it!

Arbor Mist

Try Australian wine like Yellow Tail, or an Italian Masi or Valpollicella

i like blossom hill which is costing around £5.00, same with paul masson.

i say, why go for dear wine when cheap is just as good. unless youre trying to impress someone??

woodbridge has nice selection to choose from

Riesling is a good wine. Not good with name brands or I'd shoot you a couple. Good luck!

Yes I make my own, There,s nothing better.

Yellow Tail - some of the best inexpensive wines I've had.

A nice Yellow Tail Sharaz is very good ad not very expensive.

Congratulations! You've graduated from White Zinfandel! If you like wines on the sweeter side(which I assume you do hence the White Zin) try any number of Rieslings. Schmidt Schone, Chateau St Michelle, Night Owl all run in the $10-25 range. Have fun with your new journey! And try some reds!!!

blackstone merlot

Try Black Tower. It's a white Rhine wine.

Try Ernest and Julio Gallo and Beringer. E & J Gallo make good wines but many, through ignorance condemn them as bulk wine makers. My good friend, Dr. George Thoukis was the Chief Winemaker of E & J Gallo. Beringer is just next to CIA where I trained. Enjoy!

get a Cabernet from chilie. you probably wont notice a difference between a 15-20$ bottle and a 75-100$ bottle

Try "fox run ruby vixen"(finger lakes NY) if your like a good blush wine. If you like merlot try "yellow tail" (Australian). Enjoy!

go to trader joe's. no better selection for the price than there.
