In college there were lots of rumors going around on what you should do to avoid a hangover.

Drink lots of water
Eat a few pieces of try bread before you go to bed to soak up the alcohol.
Eat fast food...like Mc Donald’s. It sounds weird but it has actually worked a couple of times for me. French fries sound so yummy when you are wasted.
Know your limit and have a DESIGNATED DRIVER! Have fun!

take chaser pills they cuuuuure hangovers you take them every so hours while your drinking if you can remember!!!!

drink hot hot tea or drink hot soup

vitamin C, and B12. These are depleted as you're dehydrating.

I just have one thing on my checklist:

Don't drink.

But if you're serious:
Don't drink anything with sugar in it.

Don't take Tylenol! It destroys the liver fast! Go with Advil. And before you go out drinking, eat something, and take a B-12 and B-complex. They help the liver metabolize the alcohol.

Just don't stop drinking...
Hahah nah it sounds bad bad raw eggs actually help if you drink them and ice cold water :)
Can't say i've tried the egg theory though hahah :P

wow u made such a big deal out of a tiny hangover.just drink water
