Anybody want to share recipes for Irish coffees?!


Question:

Anybody want to share recipes for Irish coffees?

In order for a 1 cup refreshment
- ice to preference
- 3/4 cup coffee (cool)
- dash mint syrup
- 1 count Jameson
- mix
- add Irish cream to preference (2 count for me or until the brim)
- top with whipped cream
- sprinkle cinnamon or brown sugar

That sounds good, but I prefer the hot version ...

Mug of coffee
Jigger of Bailey's Irish cream
Whipped cream

Mmm... mmm .. good
