Answers:
Captain Morgan's spiced rum! Add a fruit based drink like Martinelli's apple cider with the spiced rum and the gingerale and you have a sexy, spicy, fizzy cocktail! YUM!

My boss likes mixing either Jack Daniels or Jim Beam with it.

With ginger ale I usually go for whisky or scotch with a twist and lots of ice in a bucket.

Vodka's always been my favorite to go in ginger ale, though you could also throw in some grenadine or lime along with it. Another possibility is Bailey's Irish cream & creme de menthe. (with or without the vodka) Sort of a grown up variation on an Italian soda.

A Canadian whiskey would also work if someone does not liek Vodka.

vodka with a twist of lime. it's refreshing.
