I have done the pineapple with Malibu and they are really go but the trick is to add a half cup of Malibu and a half of cup of vodka :)

Ohhh those do sound good. I would be careful with the tequila. I don't know how well the jello will set with too much liquor. I also like orange jello with the orange flavored Absolute vodkas.
