A good sweet red wine that I like is called Simply Red and there is Simply White too. You can get this brand at Wal-mart. But to make it easy, wet is sweet and dry is not.
White wine is good with fruit, and dinner where poultry or fish is the main dish. Red wine is good with red meat.
Arbor Mist is for you just pick a flavor.
I hear that Chateau Traileur Parc has good body. I was told to select the Wednesday vintage.
Barefoot is an affordable but good wine. Go for a Zinfandel for pastas or chicken and a good Merlot for steaks and stuff like that but that's my opinion
If your looking for cheap and good, im a fan of the Copella Rosso table wine. Its between 6-10 dollars a bottle depending on where you go. I have picked it up at costco for under $6.
My wife loves the Yellow tail cab. HEB always has it and its around $10.
Almost embarrassed to admit it, but I tried a box wine after reading a review about it. It's called Black Box and you can get it at Sam's club. I have live near the napa wine country and the thought of drinking wine from a box made me cringe. However it was pretty good and I liked that I never had to open a whole bottle if I just wanted a glass. Box is equal to 4 bottles and is stays fresh for 3-4 weeks. about $18.
