Upset stomach from hangover-- how can I help alleviate this symptom?!

Question: Okay, pay attention. This is really complicated. (not)

Take your favorite flavor/brand of gelatin. Mix it up according to the package directions. Once it's all mixed up with the hot then cold water, pour some into a glass and drink it. It will help coat your stomach and make it easier to take aspirin, if you need it.

This little gem has been passed down in my family for quite a while. My mom used to give it to us when we were little, and I give it to my own kids.

The only time mom was sadistic, however, was when we'd had too much to drink and felt like crap. No warm gelatin to soothe a sick tummy. No aspirin for a pounding head. Just a fat cat thrown in the face, berries (or peaches) and cream for breakfast, and forced to sit near the church organ.... which was always extra loud and off-key.

Dramamine works wonders for me.

Pepto Bismol

masterbation, xanax and a milkshake, no joke!!!!

alka seltzer...it helps the headache tool

I'm so sorry! I usually take anything that will make me sleep. Sleeping it off is the best thing you can do. Alkaseltzer helps too. Hope you feel better.

Re: Hangover FROM BOOZE! LOL.
I have answered this before but. I just can't say It enough.
Take a COLD glass of water, Add about 4 Tablespoons of sugar, Stir well. Drink It down. That will help bring back the sugar you depleted while drinking that booze last night.
Lmao!

I'm in the same boat as you today! I find a combination of Coke or Sprite (for the carbonation) and Pepto Bismol work best, in addition to lots of carbs!
