How to re-Humidify my cigars?!

Question:

How to re-Humidify my cigars?

I recently was given a box of extremely rare and valuable cigars, but they have not been properly kept in a humidor for over a year. Any suggestions on how I could try to salvage them?

Answers:
Go to cigar store and get a glass ampule fulled with special gel. You put it into box (humidifier) with cigars in it.

my dad got one of the same .. but his box came with a mini humidifier with it.. try to find one of those on ebay or something.. but for now put the box in a warm, damp place
if you can .. then put it in a mini fridge and lower the temperature
-- but becareful dont keep them in a place tooo damp, tooo warm or anything.. they can get ruined

You may be able to recover them. I would start with buying a humidibag at a local tobaconnist. Place the box inside and slowly rehumidify the cigars. You will want to keep the temperature below 75F, preferably around 65-68F. If the cigars dried out and lost their essential oils, there is nothing you can do to save them.
