Ok this isn't any of my bussiness but you shouldn't be drinking any beer in the first place.
it can still get you drunk, but it depends on the brand.

its fine, just not as tasty.
If you drink it before it completely thaws it will taste like beer---once it is thawed out it is flat---lived on a mountain and froze a case of beer on the porch to cool. If it really freezes solid the tops will pop off.
Unfortunately this has happened to me many times.
If you let the brewski thaw out BEFORE you open it, it will taste almost normal. If you open it before it thaws, the water in the brew will autofreeze and and it will be undrinkable.
