Will i Buy Beer ar 18 Years old when I Travel Back in Time in the 80s?!

Question: Yes.

Answers: Yes.

Not in America.

Depends which state you plan to visit on this "trip"

I did. Legal age was 19 but we could drive up the highway into the next state where you could buy and consume beer at 18.

Burp

i think you have to go back to the late 70's

Just go to canada when you turn 19. that way you don't have to travel back in time all you need is a birthcertificate. ((depending on where you live now)) Im 30 minutes from canada and every one goes to kingston on their 19th birthday. You should look into it

Oklahoma.

I will depend where you land.

You can do what we always did when we were young............lie or hire someone to buy it for you.........oddly enough, almost all of the bums we'd pick up and take to the liquor store (see American Graffiti) had fought Jack Dempsey...........ha ha....usually we'd give them $2 to buy us a fifth..........or we'd drive around to some out of the way little grocery store that wanted the business and go in and sign a card that we were 21, even though I really looked about 12, and that let them off the hook...........
Good time memories of growing up in Oregon...........

Only if you travel back past the 1984 National Minimum Drinking Age Act... Then again, just like now the actual drinking age is set by states and NOT the federal government... so it would really depend on where you are. Ohio was 18 till the NMDAA, PA was already at 21. CA was always at 21 to my knowledge... Not sure about other states.

You could, but we all know that you'd probably spend the money on some cocaine and a pink polo shirt so you could rock out to some Duran Duran instead.

Yes, but if you're going to New York State it will have to be the early 80s. Age moved to 19 and then 21 around '82, 83, 84.

Why not just buy a lottery ticket? Then you can come back to the present day with the winnings and buy your own brewery.

YOU WILL NEVER BEABLE TO TRAVEL BACK IN TIME!!!! ITS PHISICALLY IMPOSSIBLE SRRY FOR THE BAD NEWS!!! LOL

Yeah...I did all the time.

People don't even remember that it wasn't that long ago that it varied state to state. I grew up in PA and it was 21 there, but I was 10 min. from Ohio and it was 18. I didn't turn 18 until '83.

No, the drinking age was 21 then too.
