I enjoy rum and cokes as well as whiskey and cokes, specifically Jim Beam and coke.
Southern Comfort is also good with coke, but to me, it tastes like powdered sugar, so I have a hard time having more than one.

I tend to go for girlie drinks, and I get the feeling your friends would string you up if you gave them things like Bahama Mama, Pina Colada, Margarita, apple martini.... lol
Margaritas, you can add fruit to make them strawberry, peach or whatever flavor you want.
I love Mimosa's they are delicious!!! It is orange juice and champagne mixed together and it taste amazing!
