Does Vodka react with Plastic?

I've just found an inverted bottle of vodka in a home-bartender thing with a plastic optic, and it's been there since Christmas. Do you think it'll be ok to drink? I feel like getting pissed :)

Most cheep vodka comes in plastic bottles.
