Question:

House rules for a kitchen/pub?

need to know house rules example for a pub kitchen

Answers:
Do a Health and hygiene/Health and Safety course there are too many issues to discuss here.

You need to expand on your question.

I worked in pubs for over 10 years and it's still not making any sense to me.

The only thing i can think of is no kids no animals, clean as you go, prep in the morning, and scrub scrub scrub at night.

Is that the sort of thing you mean?

The rule in my house is no pants. Boxers only. Bring your own.

Keep it at all times immaculate.Have you tried doing a search on yahoo.Good Luck

I've seen that poster some where.
House Rules !!
But remind ED to change that to clothing optional.
That's what you get with no pants for me.
I always bring my 24 pack of Keystone because I won't spend 2x+ for bud.

The question is a bit small but being in the profession for almost 40 years i think that you should get in touch with your local authority as they will have the last say and if you wish to stay within the law there are lots of paper work to do temperature checks deliveries and more dont let this answer put you off because they normally run courses and will give you all the help and advice free .
