Should white wines be held UNREFRIGERATED until ready 4 consumption?!

Question:

Should white wines be held UNREFRIGERATED until ready 4 consumption?

Answers:
not necessarily, but at least take them out a bit before consuming so they can drop some degrees in temp. before consuming cause when they are very very chilled the complexity of the wine doesn't develop as well in the palate

yes, on their side in a cool location. chill at most an hour before serving.

You can actually do either, but it also depends on when you plan on drinking it. If you put it in the fridge unopened, it should be drank within 2 months and you can't take it back out to return to room temp for storage. To be on the safe side, I store mine at room temp and just pop it in a day beforehand.
