What is the world's best tasting tequila?!

Question:

What is the world's best tasting tequila?

I am a budding tequila conniseur and would like to know other peoples opinions on their favorite brands of expensive tequilas.

Answers:
Isn't that a matter of opinion? Just take your time and try lots of brands, then you will know your favorite.

I happen to like Jose Cuervo Tres Generaciones Gold. Is yummy. I'm allergic to lemon, so I can't do the salt/lemon thing and therefore only drink high end tequila.

Other people seem to like Cabo Wabo, but I didn't like it as much as I liked the Tres.

I'm not a tequila person myself , but i hear patron is very smooth.

Personally, I am a huge fan of Patron Silver. It is very smooth (barely even needs to be chilled) and is equally as good as a sipper, shooter or in making Platinum Margaritas. There are lots of good tequilas out there though... the best advice I can give you is to sample some of the premium brands (Don Julio, Patron, Porfidio, and 1921 are all great) to see what suits your personal taste the best and pay attention to the . Fair warning though: great tequila isn't cheap!

The fourth one.

There isn't one. Spend $1.00 a shot or $5000.00. Age it or oak it and it is still the same. Its a chemical thing.

if you mean smooth , refined with no dirt aftertaste I would say
Don Hulio blue aguave or Patron Silver.
there are some expensive ones , but why go there.
mescal tequila is a diff. animal if your looking for bang ,this would be better. but get ready to kick the tires and light the fires.
good tequila rolls down easy and does'nt kick you back.

My personal favorite is Casa Noble www.casanoble.com

I also enjoy Fina Estampa, Chinaco, Tesoro... more commercial brands which I also like are Herradura and Don Julio

CASA NOBLE!!!!!!!!
