It doesn't have coconut in it, but I like mixing grapefruit schnapps (yes grapefruit) with tequila, fresh lime juice and tonic water.

You could do a mojito and substitute the rum for the tequila.

Beer margaritas--12oz limeade, 12oz beer, 12oz lemon/lime soda, 12oz tequila. Mix and serve.

How about a Tequila Sunrise? It is OJ, Tequila and a dash of grenadine.

margarita with coconut rum?

Tequilla is from Mexico and not Hawaii... So they make Margarita's that use tequila, triple sec, and limes.

A friend of mine makes a drink he calls the "Charley Tuna", though I don't know why he calls it that. It is delicious! Just salt the rim of a glass(like you would for a margarita) then pour Tequila, a little peach schnapps and orange pop over ice. Stir and enjoy. I know it sounds a little wierd, but it is good.

Tropical Storm #2 recipe
This is a very smooth, but potent drink. It's similar to a long island iced tea, but goes down much smoother and has a "tropical" taste to it.

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz spiced rum
1 1/2 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple rum
3 oz sweet and sour mix
1 squeeze lemon juice
4 - 6 oz orange juice

No blender needed

well, you could always have a margarita, of course. there are a million different recipes for them, just look on the internet and i'm sure you could find more than a few with a coconut flavor.
also, tequila sunrise is good. it has tequila, orange juice, cran, and a teeny bit of grenadine. pour all these over ice.
