You can search by state and location and find the best places to buy beer, you can also call some of the places that are rated the highest, since they usually carry the most selection, and just ask.
However I lived in S. Korea for a year, in the military, and I have had plenty of OB lager, its not that good. The reason we drank it was it was cheap there. Taste like bud to me, YUCK.
It's pretty hard to come by in general. I've lived in 2 states with awesome beer distribution in the last 5 years or so and have only seen OB once out in Mass. on a trip. With that said it's really not worth the effort to look around for it, it tastes more or less like any other macro lager.
