Where can i find a liquor stand. (Not Online)?!

Question: I am looking for a liquor stand for my sis bday and I am looking for it at crate and barrell, Sears, JCpenny, Target, Walmart website so I can go to the store and get it but I dont see anything. I was wondering if anybody knew any other places that might sale it where I go and buy it. Here is a picture of what I am looking for

I've seen them at a kitchen collection and as someone said before Bed, Bath, and Beyond. But it all depends where you live and what stores are available to you.
