At a pub where i worked we made a shot with Baileys and creme de menth layered for St. Patricks yum, The worst St. Patricks day drink that I had to make a girl called an Irish Car Bomb and it was a middy of guiness 3/4 full and a shot of Baileys dropped in. It curdles instantly she said it tasted like a choc milkshake but I wasn't game enough to try it.
Keep the green beer coming -I think the leprechaun over at that table is paying.
