Another question on British buying habits?!

Question: I was buying chicken bouillon cubes and 1 package had ten 30 gram cubes for 89 pence and the next one over had sixteen 10 gram cubes for the exact same price. The person showing me said the second one was the better deal because THAT one had SIXTEEN CUBES! I told her, yeah, but the cubes are only 10 grams and she pulls a This Is Spinal Tap on me and repeats SIXTEEN CUBES!! Is it me?

obviously you are the right one. it doesnt matter how many cubes there are. on the whole one package is 300 grams and the other one has 160 grams. if the product is of equal strength obviously the 300 gram package is a better deal. if you still feel cheated about the number of cubes then cut up a few of the 30 gram ones so you get 16 cubes that equal 300 grams rather than 160 grams.
of course my amps also go up to twelve

yeah its you!

mine go up to 11
