What are your hangover remedies??!

Question: There are so many remedies around...Coca cola & banana & ibuprofren smoothie, shot of vodka with sugar, bread soaked in vinegar, lucozade and rice, etc etc....Those are some of the more bizarre ones anyway! I personally prefer to just be active and eat normally, seems to work ok but if anyone know any magic spells or potions please let me know, my boss will appreciate it ;)

v8 & funyons try it i...... swear it works

Aspirin, water, and Bloody Marys.

Scrambled eggs with green chile and cheese and a huge glass of OJ

mine...ahah:
-really cold shower
-green salad or lettuce
-take a nap
-coffee

any spells you could use you'd need my wand so I'm not giving them up. But other than that, they say the only remedy is time. I have found that time is somewhat fastforwarded during a hangover when I drink Propell fitness water. It is designed to quickly hydrate a dehydrated body, and that's what a hangover really is right? Other than that, I guess they make those 'night before' pills you can take after a night of drinking. I've heard those work but haven't tried them myself.

SLEEP & WATER

I've heard that tomato jiuce can help with that

a real pepsi and a small bag of lays potato chips usually does it for me.

the bubbles help the stomach, the sugar helps kick in a small buzz, the chips with the salt and the grease seem to absorb the booze and make you feel 'even'

it's worked for me several times

eating normal stuff, a little at a time always worked for me. But the thought of eating when you are hung over was always difficult.

I've always found that if I can have some warm gelatin to take my aspirin with, I'm okay. The gelatin usually stays down well. From there I venture over to dry toast or a few saltine crackers.

Once I know all of that stays down, I venture over to other foods, but I'm very careful about spices and grease, as these tend to come back up FAST. But if I can keep down the gelatin and crackers, and my head finally quits hurting, I'd go for a bowl of rice or something. Later in the day I'll chance it with a hamburger and fries.

Time really is the best "cure". As the day wears on he/she will feel better. I promise.

cold shower and sip a bowl of xtra hot clear soup

oj or last weekend My friends stayed out all night took only an hour nap and just kept drinkin sounds like alcohol's but none of us had a hangover

Drink 32 ounces of OJ and don't eat any food with it. Works like a charm. Even cheap OJ will do the trick.

One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.... read more about natural remedies....
