Answers: of champagne and you dont finish it, can you just recork it and save itr for any other time

Yes, Champagne can be kept however it will lose it's "bubbles". How long it keeps them will depend on how long the bottle was was open and how long you keep it. The bubbles are what helps to add the distinctive flavour to the wine. Although you could use a CO2 device to "recharge" it the effects on the wine would depend on the type of champagne you have and the length of time you have kept it. Champagne is a wine that is meant to be consumed shortly after opening, preferably from a tulip shaped glass which helps to hold in the bubbles. The saucer shaped or flat glass is not an appropriate glass for champagne.

the carbonation will not last long at all maybe 12-24 hours.

You can but the bubbles will fizzle out the next day. I still use it even if the bubbles do fizzle because I normally mix it with some orange juice, fruit juice or something so I don't much care because it still tastes good.

The carbonation will not last unless you have a CO2 device to recharge the bottle

You can do what ever you want to....the real question is...Why would you?

you need a different stopper than the one that came in the bottle. there are two varieties than will keep it fresh for about 12 - 24 hours. though not nearly as good as it was when first opened.
